What you will do

• Manage and organize enterprise customer data within internal and external systems.
• Handle contract renewal procedures for existing clients and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct analytical work to support renewal transactions and identify new business opportunities.
• Screen and qualify business leads sourced from various digital channels and hotlines.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including price submissions and proposal documentation.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and social media content.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) required.
• Must be based in or near Shenzhen.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC).
• Solid business communication experience in B2B enterprise sales scenarios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Fundamental knowledge of enterprise application software and business workflows.
