What you will do
- Serve as a product advocate, advising clients on best practices, bespoke campaign optimizations, and beta participation.
- Analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
- Provide operational support, including managing ad escalations, trafficking ads, and generating post-campaign reports.
- Partner with management to develop programs that streamline sales operations and increase advertiser expertise.
- Identify and resolve client issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, or ad-tech.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work from the office in Beijing or Shenzhen 4+ days per week.

- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape in the China export online market.
- Understanding of media management within biddable auction environments.
- Experience in managing and enabling strategic advertisers.
