What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers in Hong Kong, building long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Drive adoption of payment acceptance and POS solutions across the customer base.
• Analyze customer business models and payment flows to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with customers through onboarding, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor account health and commercial performance to proactively address risks.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles.
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Understanding of payment products, acquiring, and POS solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on retention and growth outcomes.
