What you will do
- Reach and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory and relevant segments via direct sales.
- Lead business development initiatives for new industries and market segments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, offer creation, and contract negotiation.
- Develop tailored solutions and value propositions to meet specific customer needs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and represent the company at trade shows.
- Utilize CRM reporting and the Miller-Heiman Sales Method to manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Intralogistics, with exposure to wholesale, retail, e-commerce, or 3PL.
- Proven experience in high-level and complex B2B solution selling.
- Commercial background with strong technical understanding.
- Experience in negotiating complex contracts and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Proficiency in strategic selling frameworks such as Miller Heiman or SPIN selling.
