What you will do

  • Own early sales cycle stages: prospect, research, and qualify leads.
  • Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns with 60–80 daily touchpoints.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads from marketing and internal teams.
  • Book high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and persona trends to Account Executives and Marketing.
  • Maintain an organized and updated pipeline in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Native-level Portuguese and professional English.
  • 1–2 years experience in Sales, SDR, BDR or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or digital environments.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and structuring conversations.
  • Highly resilient, proactive, and able to handle frequent rejection.
  • Organized with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with or selling to the Portuguese market.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound/postbound leads.
  • Experience building and iterating outbound campaigns.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments.
