Sales Representative (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid Sales Hub (Hybrid)

Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct product demos and identify customer pain points and goals.
• Act as a product evangelist to identify new use cases for clients.
• Drive ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
• Collaborate with the product team by providing actionable client feedback.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Proficiency with sales support tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid three days a week.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a fast, accurate work style.
• Law degree is considered a bonus.
