What you will do

• Develop and own the comprehensive learning roadmap for the Global Technical Support organization.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding programs and technical ramp expectations for new hires.
• Build structured, role-based learning paths covering triage, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
• Translate complex product knowledge into training materials, labs, simulations, and certification modules.
• Establish skills mapping, competency frameworks, and internal certification paths for support engineers.
• Define and track L&D success metrics, including time to ramp, case quality, and CSAT influence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in L&D, Technical Enablement, Support Enablement, or Support Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in L&D, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building onboarding and certification programs for technical teams.
• Deep understanding of Technical Support workflows, including ticket triage and escalation management.
• Experience working with SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity products.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms for managing technical enablement and analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience designing technical labs, simulations, or scenario-based training.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira.
• Domain expertise in DSPM, DLP, cloud security, or AI security.
