Salary: $123,600–$151,850 USD

What you will do
- Manage the full program lifecycle of L&D initiatives, from content refresh and coordination to delivery and post-program measurement.
- Own the program calendar, ensuring all sessions are scheduled, staffed, and executed to a consistently high standard.
- Facilitate core learning programs in both virtual and in-person settings for participants across all organizational levels.
- Partner with Learning Experience Designers and Technology specialists to translate improvement needs into updated content and logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships and external facilitators engaged to support your program portfolio.
- Administer surveys and synthesize results to identify trends and drive a regular cadence of experience improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related corporate field.
- Proven facilitation expertise in both virtual and in-person settings for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing onboarding, crossboarding, or employee lifecycle programs is strongly preferred.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
