Base Salary: $136,400 - $196,100 USD

What you will do

• Build AI-powered experiences and solutions to help users maximize the value of the platform.
• Execute A/B tests and experiments to validate and optimize user activation journeys.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify and explore growth opportunities.
• Develop and scale the internal Growth platform, including notification systems and product insights.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to engineering best practices and tooling.
• Own projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• Experience building production applications with a backend language (Ruby or Go).
• Proficiency or strong interest in full-stack development with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tools.
• Experience with or interest in event-driven infrastructure using GCP or AWS.
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to measure the impact of product changes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a scale-up or a dedicated Growth team.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Amplitude or Hex.
