What you will do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features from problem definition through production using Node, TypeScript, and React.
• Integrate AI tools into the core development workflow for spec writing and code generation.
• Own production systems, including observability, reliability, deployments, and on-call responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Design pods to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor and pair with other engineers to elevate team standards and knowledge.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI-native engineering practices and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node, and React in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Proven track record of owning distributed services end-to-end, including monitoring and deployment.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve development workflows and outcomes.
