What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution of Europe's partner business across ISVs, Cloud Providers, System Integrators, and MSSPs.
- Deliver consistent growth in partner-sourced pipeline and net new ARR.
- Align with Regional Sales Leaders to embed co-sell motions into core go-to-market processes.
- Recruit, develop, and activate high-impact partners to expand market reach.
- Establish a metrics-driven operating cadence including QBRs and partner scorecards.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of alliance managers across the region.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in alliances or ecosystem leadership within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partner channels at scale.
- Deep expertise in executing co-sell motions with enterprise Sales teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems and modern partner routes to market.
- Operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance business outcomes.
