Location: USA, Reston, VA. Work format is hybrid (Flex Work), requiring at least 50% of time in the office per quarter.
Salary: $137,000 – $205,400 USD

What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable features for the ML Runtime platform using microservices.
- Develop frameworks, automation, and tooling to improve developer efficiency and innovation.
- Deploy and orchestrate containers using Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh, and ArgoCD.
- Manage infrastructure as code and capacity within public clouds such as AWS and GCP.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen (naturalized or native).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred).
- 3+ years of DevOps experience in infrastructure automation and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience using Kubernetes and Docker to scale machine learning runtime environments.
- Strong system design skills and the ability to write comprehensive technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Machine learning background.
- Experience with communication protocols, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Git, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience leading or mentoring other team members.
