Salary: $63,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage high volumes of inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation to capture new and repeat business.
- Build and expand a portfolio of high-value accounts, turning one-time bookings into long-term relationships.
- Utilize proprietary marketplace technology to generate accurate, low-friction trip quotes.
- Maintain high conversion velocity through disciplined call patterns and assertive closing techniques.
- Ensure operational precision in Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and Slack.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales tactics and improve execution based on performance data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive account retention and expansion.
- Mastery of objection handling, urgency creation, and assumptive closing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and G-Suite.
- Must be based in Canada or one of the 19 approved US states.
