Location: Remote from Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, or Portugal

What you will do
- Own the AI product roadmap, including AI Campaigns, an agent-enabled Affiliate CRM, MCP, and natural-language data interfaces.
- Transform Scaleo from a tracking platform into agentic software that monitors, decides, and acts for partner-marketing customers.
- Define AI quality practices, including evaluations, output-quality metrics, guardrails, confidence signals, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Make architecture decisions with engineering on models, retrieval, tool design, and when conventional logic is preferable to models.
- Work weekly with design partners and customers to understand affiliate marketing and iGaming needs.
- Drive adoption, retention, and revenue impact for each AI feature.
Requirements
- Strong B2B SaaS product-management experience with end-to-end ownership and measurable adoption or revenue results.
- Production experience shipping LLM features or AI agents to real users.
- Ability to explain AI quality measurement, guardrails, and failure modes.
- Hands-on experience building agents, tool-use workflows, or MCP integrations, including something built within the last year.
- Fluent spoken English required for customer calls.
- Ability to independently define and execute a product roadmap.
Nice to have
- Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or adtech.
- Experience in iGaming on the operator or network side.
- Experience with data and analytics products.
