Senior Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote. Office locations listed in New York, Boston, London, and Washington D.C.

What you will do

• Own the connector strategy, roadmap, priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery coordination.
• Lead new connector capabilities from discovery through launch, including requirements, prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and customer readiness.
• Evaluate third-party APIs, SDKs, authentication, data models, and integration approaches for technical feasibility.
• Develop and execute internal and customer-facing validation and acceptance tests covering integration behavior, file and tag handling, and customer requirements.
• Drive connector reliability by prioritizing recurring issues, coordinating resolution, and identifying product or platform improvements.
• Lead technical customer conversations and create documentation, runbooks, escalation guidance, and support enablement.

Requirements

• Experience owning a technical product or integration portfolio and setting roadmap priorities.
• Ability to read code, reason about implementation tradeoffs, participate in architecture discussions, and build prototypes or tools when useful.
• Strong integration expertise covering APIs, SDKs, authentication, webhooks, data mapping, file round-tripping, rate limits, retries, error handling, and observability.
• Experience integrating multiple third-party systems and learning unfamiliar APIs, data models, and constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to design and use AI and agentic workflows for research, requirements, analysis, documentation, or troubleshooting.
• Confidence leading technical discovery and troubleshooting with customers and communicating clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS, content management, localization, or translation workflows.
• Experience with Workato, Zapier, Tray, Prismatic, Paragon, Merge, or similar integration platforms.
• Familiarity with TypeScript or a similar modern programming language.
• Experience with enterprise integrations in high-assurance or regulated environments.
• Experience with connector analytics, data analysis, or AI-enabled working practices.
