What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics for Mexico Delivery and ATM products to drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Establish the analytical foundation for the ATM business and scale existing Delivery product analytics.
• Design operational reporting to provide transparency over performance, costs, and service levels.
• Optimize delivery mechanics, including zoning, routing, and operational flows.
• Analyze the ambassador funnel, including hiring, onboarding, performance, and retention.
• Hire and manage a team of analysts, fostering a strong execution and analytical culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in or relocate to Mexico.
• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking.
• Advanced SQL skills; knowledge of Python or R is a significant plus.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• English: B1+ proficiency required for international collaboration.
