What you will do

• Manage complex fraud investigation queues end-to-end, including offline fraud and coordinated schemes.
• Analyze transaction and behavioral data to identify emerging fraud patterns.
• Produce concise investigation reports with evidence and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Strategy teams on high-stakes fraud decisions.
• Document investigation methodologies to ensure reproducibility and team knowledge sharing.
• Support ad hoc projects related to process optimization and fraud tool enhancements.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in a Business-related field
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Experience in Fraud Investigation and Transaction Monitoring
• Availability to work weekends (mandatory)
• Proficiency with G Suite products
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Basic understanding of AI applications in fraud detection
