TL;DR

Work with a leading life insurance company that is part of a global financial services group and provides annuities and life insurance through a nationwide agent network.
What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for data synchronization and reconciliation across investment asset types.
- Define synchronization and reconciliation scope, schedules, datasets, filters, data elements, and business rules.
- Perform gap analysis to identify missing data elements and inconsistencies in existing solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, technical specifications, and detailed data mappings.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align proposed solutions with business and technical objectives.
- Maintain documentation for requirements, data mappings, and reconciliation logic.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Deep understanding of investment products, portfolios, asset classes, CMLs, RMLs, private securities, and their representation in accounting and investment systems.
- Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, and portfolio management tools, especially PAM and Aladdin; familiarity with Bloomberg is also relevant.
- Proficiency in SQL and JSON, with a good understanding of Python, cloud concepts, and Azure data engineering services.
- Knowledge of system design principles, investment workflows, financial markets, Agile processes, and relevant security and compliance concepts.
- Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, problem-solving, and gap-analysis skills.

- Understanding of investment workflows, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with investment management concepts and financial markets.
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance regulations, data analytics, and reporting tools used in investment analysis.
