What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data synchronization across various asset types.
• Define reconciliation requirements, including scope, schedules, datasets, filters, and business rules.
• Perform gap analysis to identify missing data elements and inconsistencies in existing solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business and technical objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, data mappings, and reconciliation logic.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of investment products (CMLs, RMLs, private securities) and systems such as PAM, Aladdin, and Bloomberg.
• Proficiency in SQL and JSON.
• Understanding of Python, cloud concepts, and Azure Data Engineering stack (Data Factory, Logic Apps, Databricks).
• Experience working within Agile teams and processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security standards and compliance regulations in financial services.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools used in investment analysis.
