Salary: $190,500 - $384,750 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and specifications for strategically important 0-to-1 AI bets.
• Drive the progression from human-led to AI-automated workflows, optimizing for time-to-value and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across ML, engineering, design, data, and platform teams.
• Manage operational programs to scale human expert functions while steadily reducing manual effort.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for early cohorts in partnership with sales and customer engagement.
• Establish a data-driven learning agenda using quantitative signals and user research to decide what to build or automate.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 0-to-1 product leadership, taking ambiguous concepts to real users and revenue.
• Deep AI-native judgment regarding LLM-driven and agentic systems, including human-in-the-loop design.
• Technical ability to prototype ideas and build working demos using AI coding tools.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders on API boundaries, data modeling, and build-vs-buy trade-offs.
• Executive-grade communication skills and a strong bias for shipping.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
