TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of enterprise commercial contractor accounts to drive platform adoption and value realization with an accent on success planning and risk management. Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, or Raleigh. Must be based in the US or Canada. Applicants from the US are welcome, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Salary: Raleigh: $98,000 - $122,000; LA / SF: $122,000 - $128,000; Toronto: $80,000 - $100,000 (all + annual bonus)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts to maximize platform value and drive feature adoption.
  • Create and execute tailored Success Plans focused on measurable outcomes and long-term retention.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews with C-level executives to drive account expansion.
  • Monitor health scores and usage data to proactively identify and mitigate portfolio risk.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align on customer needs.
  • Travel to customer sites in the US and Canada for go-lives and strategic check-ins.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
  • Experience with REST APIs and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a broad spectrum of personality types.
  • Ability to operate within structured playbooks while contributing iterative improvements.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS startups, specifically in Enterprise CS roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Sage, Viewpoint) or the construction industry.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Sigma.
  • Knowledge of digital CS engagement and AI-assisted workflows.
