Salary: $133,536.00 - $206,980.00

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to build a network of direct and intermediary relationships for equipment finance sourcing.
  • Originate equipment-based loans and manage relationships with existing and prospective borrowers.
  • Qualify prospects by reviewing financial data against loan policies and target market requirements.
  • Lead loan structure negotiations and seek credit approval for new opportunities.
  • Manage portfolio health by reviewing monthly delinquency reports and assisting with collection activities.
  • Identify and refer non-equipment lending opportunities to relevant business units.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in equipment-based finance or a similar industry.
  • Strong credit fundamentals within a banking or finance company environment.
  • Proven track record of closing transactions in the $1 million to $50 million range.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DE, RI, VT, WY) or Dallas, TX.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Outside sales experience.
