What you will do

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans to identify key clients and execute action steps for relationship management.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues, including performance, diversification, and suitability.
• Work with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to increase contribution rates.
• Act as a subject matter expert to assist sales representatives with presentations and the installation process.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Florida, USA.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial services industry or 2 years in the defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses.
• State insurance license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel frequently.
