TL;DR

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed annual revenue and retention targets for a designated customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a predictable sales pipeline using company methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Sales Solutions teams to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms by demonstrating product ROI.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product management and marketing teams based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS-based consultative environment.
  • Expert knowledge of the mortgage technology industry, including trends and regulatory issues.
  • Proficiency with sales automation tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
