What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including data collection, strategy meetings, and underwriter coordination.
• Develop detailed client proposals featuring quote analysis, marketing summaries, and financial comparisons.
• Execute the binding process, review binders for accuracy, and process invoices in EPIC.
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries, carrier endorsement requests, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Oversee the certificate renewal process to ensure timely and accurate issuance.
• Supervise and review the work of Junior Account Managers with guidance from senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high professionalism and confidentiality.
