Salary: $82,000–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver technology overviews and lead technical discussions with customer teams.
• Guide process engineers on product use, insights, and hardware installation best practices.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams on network integration, including IP setup, PLC, and cloud connectivity.
• Advise quality teams on validation methods and testing timelines.
• Drive SAT certificate signoff and manage post-implementation support.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites to drive execution and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of factory floor experience in manufacturing sectors like food & beverage, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication skills with experience creating compelling data visualizations.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and focused on delivering impact.
• Background in process engineering, industrial automation, Industry 4.0, and IT/OT systems.
• Hands-on experience analyzing sensor and time-series data.
