What you will do
- Deploy Laminar technology pilots at food and beverage manufacturing customer sites.
- Lead technical discussions, provide technology overviews, resolve customer questions, and support sales engagements.
- Guide process engineers on product usage, insights, results, and hardware installation best practices.
- Collaborate with IT/OT teams on IP setup, PLC integration, DMZ configuration, and cloud connectivity.
- Advise quality teams on validation methods, sample sizes, and testing timelines, and drive SAT certificate signoff.
- Support post-implementation success and identify expansion opportunities across pipelines, facilities, and geographies.
Requirements
- Degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year of factory-floor experience in manufacturing, such as chemicals, food and beverage, brewing, dairy, or pharmaceuticals.
- Background in process engineering, industrial automation, Industry 4.0, and IT/OT systems.
- Experience analyzing sensor and time-series data, identifying patterns, and creating compelling data visualizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including confidence leading customer stakeholder discussions.
- Familiarity with programming and a hands-on, adaptable startup mindset.
