TL;DR

Regional Credit Sales Manager (Fintech): Driving product engagement and credit goal achievement across West Texas and New Mexico with an accent on client leadership and in-store execution. Focus on developing credit awareness programs, managing regional marketing plans, and maintaining high-level client relationships to exceed application volume goals.

Location: Must be based from a home office in El Paso, TX or Albuquerque, NM; requires significant travel (up to 75%) within the territory.

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Drive credit application volume to meet and exceed operational plan goals.
  • Develop and implement in-store marketing programs and conduct ongoing training for staff.
  • Establish and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels.
  • Audit signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance and communicate issues.
  • Manage travel and marketing budgets while presenting results of ongoing credit programs.
  • Support client program initiatives and attend store opening and relocation events.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
  • Must be based in El Paso, TX or Albuquerque, NM.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management (or HS diploma with 5+ years experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Private Label Sales and Marketing experience.
  • Strong finance business and industry acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
