Salary: $180,800 - $255,200 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Build and mentor a high-performing Mid-Market sales team to lead and grow sales revenue.
- Collaborate with sales operations to build a metrics-driven, high-velocity sales machine.
- Drive operational excellence through strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Manage sales representatives through a transactional sales process focusing on activity KPIs.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration between demand gen and lead conversion.
- Translate market and customer insights into feedback to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Previous success as a sales manager or team lead selling high-velocity/low-cost business solutions.
- Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and other data-driven sales technologies.
- Strong communication skills to present strategy and results to all levels of the organization.
