What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 IT Recruiters, providing coaching and regular performance feedback.
• Own and manage hiring delivery for System Analysis and AI/ML streams.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define priorities, recruitment strategies, and market approach.
• Analyze recruitment funnel performance and metrics to identify and remove bottlenecks.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Experience partnering with Engineering Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with recruitment metrics.
• English: B2 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
