🔧 Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for corporate roles
• Source, interview, and assess candidates
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements:
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
• Knowledge of the Cyprus labour market
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and well-organised approach
