What you will do

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on water heaters, pumps, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Manage central plant operations, including chillers, air compressors, and boiler plants for steam/hot-water production.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints to maintain property standards and guest comfort.
• Install new equipment and systems adhering to Local, State, and NEC codes.
• Train less-experienced personnel in electrical equipment and building systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
• Journeyman Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the hotel/casino industry.
• Proof of technical training (QE-Qualified Employee) and Boiler Operator License (Level 3 or 4).
• Proficiency in plumbing (brazing, threading), welding (steel, aluminum), and high/low voltage electrical systems.
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment brands (e.g., Hobart, Blodgett).
