What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including pumps, chillers, and boilers.
• Replace building components, fixtures, and appliances.
• Adjust HVAC distribution and controls to resolve work orders.
• Manage water treatment chemical programs and maintain detailed operation logs.
• Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners.
• Monitor and operate fire alarm and life safety systems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations or Property Management.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use power tools (pneumatic, electric, etc.) and compute basic mathematical equations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Longwood, FL, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and access confined spaces like roofs or crawl spaces.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma.
• Boiler Operating Permit or State Maintenance Electrician’s License.
