Modular Product Line Engineer (Data Center Construction)

Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki or across EMEA, with travel to project sites as required

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Develop standardized, repeatable modular data center designs that can be replicated across sites.
• Own the modular product roadmap and configuration options.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering teams to standardize components and interfaces.
• Define design principles that maintain module consistency while allowing site-specific variation.
• Reduce deployment time and cost through continuous product-line iteration.

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or Product Design.
• 5–8 years of experience developing modular or prefabricated infrastructure or industrial products.
• Strong systems thinking focused on standardization and interfaces.
• Experience driving a roadmap across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Senior-level experience and availability for hybrid work in Helsinki or across EMEA are required.

• Data center or mission-critical infrastructure experience.
