Modular Product Line Engineer (EMEA)

Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki or across EMEA, with travel to project sites as required.

What you will do

• Develop standardized, repeatable modular data center designs that can be replicated across sites.
• Own the modular product roadmap and configuration options.
• Work with electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering to standardize components and interfaces.
• Define design principles that maintain module consistency while allowing site-specific variation.
• Reduce deployment time and cost through each product-line iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or Product Design.
• 5 to 8 years of experience developing modular or prefabricated infrastructure or industrial products.
• Strong systems thinking around standardization and interfaces.
• Ability to drive a roadmap across multiple engineering disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience taking a design from bespoke to productized and repeatable.
