What you will do

• Plan, define, and design high-level data solutions while evaluating emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based data infrastructure aligned with decentralized data management strategies.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines using AWS services including S3, Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, and Lambda.
• Establish and enforce data governance practices, ensuring compliance with privacy, access controls, and lineage requirements.
• Lead the implementation and operational support of a data mesh architecture across multiple domains.
• Align technical data architecture with business goals through effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or above.
• Minimum 8 years of experience designing large-scale data environments (data lakes, warehouses, data mesh).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams.
• Experience working in Agile organizations using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
