What you will do

• Lead a cross-IT initiative to define and integrate core IT data objects into a governed, scalable enterprise data foundation.
• Establish common data models, taxonomies, and standards for financial, planning, and service operation domains.
• Design agentic AI frameworks and enabling architecture to support cross-domain natural language inquiries and chatbots.
• Define semantic and metadata foundations required for AI agents to retrieve and relate data consistently across domains.
• Partner with stakeholders in finance, planning, and engineering to align data ownership and quality rules.
• Drive end-to-end mapping of relationships between business objects, systems, and processes to improve traceability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience, or Master's with 6+, or PhD with 4+.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or IT portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, metadata, and master data management (MDM).
• Experience designing executive-level insights, dashboards, or decision-support frameworks.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or enterprise data fabrics.
• Expertise in software application architecture and modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, security, and software optimization trends.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams within large organizations.
