What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of a medallion lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and build AI-powered projects to enable self-serve analytics for marketing, product, and finance teams.
• Define and maintain a canonical business lexicon to ensure consistent data interpretation.
• Create and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines and BI dashboards.
• Establish data governance protocols including lineage, quality checks, and access controls.
• Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of data engineers and analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a highly technical data role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Hands-on expertise with PySpark, Python, SQL, dbt, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven experience building medallion architectures and production-grade pipelines.
• Deep understanding of marketing, product, and financial analytics in a DTC subscription business.
• Growth-stage startup experience with comfort in building from zero to one.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude or similar LLM platforms.
• Healthcare or health-tech industry experience.
• Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling.
