Salary: $87,930–$108,160 USD Annually

What you will do
- Administer a comprehensive benefits portfolio including medical, dental, vision, retirement (401k), and wellness initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) programs including FMLA, ADA, and state-mandated leaves.
- Lead the benefits onboarding experience and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and claims resolution.
- Perform monthly premium reconciliations and partner with Payroll to maintain accurate HRIS data.
- Lead annual benefit audits, non-discrimination testing, and the preparation of Form 5500s.
- Manage equity administration for new hires and terminations using Carta.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of dedicated benefits administration and LOA management experience.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now for benefits administration and reporting.
- Solid understanding of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state-paid family leave laws.
- Experience managing benefits compliance for a diverse, multi-state workforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CEBS, CLMS, PHR, or SHRM-CP.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, pivot tables, and audit reconciliation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
