What you will do

  • Align IT and analytics strategies with business objectives through strategic engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop large, diverse teams to maximize performance through talent planning and growth.
  • Oversee the IT portfolio and projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage third-party vendor contracts and synchronize IT roadmaps with functional business demands.
  • Design and maintain scalable technology solutions and application portfolios for FP&A management reporting and month-end activities.
  • Drive the adoption of IT standards and develop business cases for new technology investments.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT supporting data and analytics solutions for FP&A organizations.
  • 5-10 years of experience implementing global Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Visualization solutions.
  • Proven track record utilizing Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI or similar tools for FP&A and Corporate Functions.
  • Professional experience within a Life Sciences or related industry environment.
  • Strong leadership experience managing large systems integration partners.

Nice to have

  • MBA or an advanced degree.
  • Extensive experience with global systems integration partners.
  • Expertise with Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions.
