Location: Hybrid in Lakewood, New Jersey
Salary: $150k–$180k Annually

What you will do
- Lead and manage the DNA team, setting priorities, running the cadence, and owning delivery.
- Translate technology vision into a sequenced, resourced roadmap with clear business outcomes.
- Own data governance and the single source of truth to ensure reporting integrity and trusted KPIs.
- Prioritize, oversee, and measure the ROI of AI and automation use cases from build to rollout.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Finance, and People departments to deliver executable solutions.
- Build and deploy BI reporting and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience leading a small technical team (3–6 people), including hiring and coaching.
- Proven track record building BI stacks (e.g., Power BI) and managing data quality and reconciliation.
- Experience shipping AI or automation solutions with documented, measurable ROI.
- Strong business-translation skills to convert non-technical needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Lakewood, New Jersey
Nice to have
- Experience working in SMB or lean-team environments.
- Background in MSP or IT services.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA.
