What you will do

• Lead and manage the DNA team, setting priorities, running the cadence, and owning delivery.
• Translate technology vision into a sequenced, resourced roadmap with clear business outcomes.
• Own data governance and the single source of truth to ensure reporting integrity and trusted KPIs.
• Prioritize, oversee, and measure the ROI of AI and automation use cases from build to rollout.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Finance, and People departments to deliver executable solutions.
• Build and deploy BI reporting and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience leading a small technical team (3–6 people), including hiring and coaching.
• Proven track record building BI stacks (e.g., Power BI) and managing data quality and reconciliation.
• Experience shipping AI or automation solutions with documented, measurable ROI.
• Strong business-translation skills to convert non-technical needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Lakewood, New Jersey

Nice to have

• Experience working in SMB or lean-team environments.
• Background in MSP or IT services.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA.
