What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day Sales Support function, triaging and completing requests from Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Create and maintain a library of commercial materials, including presentations, order forms, and research documents.
- Support the Bid Manager in preparing high-quality tenders, RFPs, and RFIs under deadline pressure.
- Identify bottlenecks in Sales Support workflows and implement process improvements.
- Test and roll out AI-supported tools to enhance the speed and quality of commercial operations.
- Guide and manage working students to ensure high-quality output and prioritisation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or business operations.
- Fluent German, English, and French for confident communication in an international environment.
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to turn complex technical input into clear, usable material.
- Experience coordinating internal projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting tender or proposal processes.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Asana, and Confluence.
