hirify.global is a fast-growing international scale-up developing a geo-based app to simplify public transport ticketing across Europe.

What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day Sales Support function, triaging and completing requests from Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Create and maintain a library of commercial materials, including presentations, order forms, and research documents.
  • Support the Bid Manager in preparing high-quality tenders, RFPs, and RFIs under deadline pressure.
  • Identify bottlenecks in Sales Support workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Test and roll out AI-supported tools to enhance the speed and quality of commercial operations.
  • Guide and manage working students to ensure high-quality output and prioritisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or business operations.
  • Fluent German, English, and French for confident communication in an international environment.
  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to turn complex technical input into clear, usable material.
  • Experience coordinating internal projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting tender or proposal processes.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Asana, and Confluence.
