Salary: $66,477 - $106,363 Annually

What you will do
- Develop new prospects and manage assigned accounts to increase sales revenue and margins.
- Assess customer needs to suggest LED upgrades, lighting retrofits, and lighting controls solutions.
- Deliver technical sales bids, presentations, and proposals focused on ROI and energy savings.
- Execute billing margin initiatives through value-added services and supplier engagement.
- Collaborate with lighting manufacturers and controls partners for joint sales calls.
- Manage complex, multi-phase lighting projects with extended sales cycles.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
- High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior sales experience required, with a preference for outside sales.
- Two years of industry experience in lighting, electrical distribution, or energy/retrofit project sales.
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of energy rebate programs and utility incentives.
- Experience with consultative sales techniques.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
