What you will do

• Introduce new items, quote prices, and prepare sales contracts and reports.
• Represent and sell a mix of products in retail stores within identified accounts.
• Manage trade funding for in-store merchandising and advertising initiatives.
• Execute assortment, pricing, and promotion plans to meet agreed-upon objectives.
• Ensure new product authorizations are positioned on retail shelves with appropriate facings and location.
• Communicate marketplace activities, issues, and opportunities to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas, USA
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience, preferably in CPG.
• Proven experience in sales planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
