What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner for Europe & New Markets Commercial and Medical Affairs leadership.
• Build and own the vision and roadmap for Field Insights solutions across regions.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with vendors to deliver technical tool enhancements.
• Oversee reporting operations and ensure the highest standards of data quality for business insights.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline business processes from territory management to performance tracking.
• Build a support team to provide reliable assistance to cross-functional field teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience (or 7+ years with a Master's degree).
• Deep understanding of Commercial and Medical Affairs business applications and technology solutions.
• Strong data knowledge combined with technical aptitude to define commercial solutions.
• Experience in Technology Product Management and Technical Product Support.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
