• Manage contract-related documents and membership activations across sales organizations.
• Handle daily contract chargeback operations and distributor inquiries.
• Perform data cleansing and analysis of contract master data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute reporting enhancements to optimize business practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on pricing, terms, and quality assurance.
• Strategize and implement contracting policies aligned with business needs and industry demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, or contracting.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Allentown, PA.
• Ability to undertake occasional business travel.
