What you will do

  • Own the lead intake process in Salesforce (ALEXIS), ensuring all business inquiries are captured and tracked.
  • Perform first-pass lead triage and business qualification to determine whether to advance, route, or close leads.
  • Monitor lead aging and enforce response times to prevent backlogs and improve time-to-first-touch.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene by ensuring accurate stages, close-date logic, and required data fields.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to track lead volume, conversion, and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Global stakeholders to refine lead-to-opportunity workflows and data standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Allentown or Bethlehem, PA.
  • Must be able to comply with healthcare customer vaccination and immunization requirements for site visits.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the medical device, MedTech, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM/Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI.
