Senior Financial Analyst (Finance)

Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Supporting the Latin America FP&A team across revenue and cost pillars with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Focus on developing complex financial models (ROI/NPV), optimizing dashboards, and translating data into strategic insights for LATAM Networks & DTC.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize financial reports and dashboards using Tableau, Excel, PowerBI, and BPC.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reports, forecasts, and P&L variance analysis.
• Manage core FP&A cycles including Long Range Planning, Budgeting, and Quarterly/Monthly forecasts.
• Develop financial models for ROI and NPV analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business cases.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple units and connect operational metrics (ARPU, CPS) to financial performance.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and visual storytelling for senior management in PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from the Miami, Florida office.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Working knowledge of SAP, BPC, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, or basic Python.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
