What you will do

• Gain operational understanding of financial cycles and business products through a rotational program.
• Develop accurate reporting and analyses to drive improved business insights.
• Assist with revenue and operating expense analysis, forecasting, and budget management.
• Draft and approve customer contracts and proposals while processing incoming orders.
• Execute vendor payments and ensure license compliance and internal control effectiveness.
• Support annual compliance reviews by researching and providing proof of adherence to policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Must be available for an expected start date of January 2026.
• Must be located in or able to work from Arlington, VA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
