What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes across business functions.
• Develop and maintain robust SaaS financial models for revenue, ARR, bookings, and cash flow.
• Analyze key SaaS performance metrics including NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
• Build scalable KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive leadership.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide actionable financial insights.
• Improve financial reporting automation and data integrity across systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Financial Analytics.
• Mandatory experience working within a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, or CA certification.
• Experience with ERP and FP&A tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Pigment.
• Experience supporting US-based finance teams.
