What you will do

• Build and pressure-test theses on target accounts, sectors, and buying triggers in industrial and manufacturing markets.
• Source and qualify high-value enterprise companies with speed and judgment.
• Conduct discovery conversations to translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear business opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership to shape and execute the GTM strategy.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives and support deal progression.
• Represent the company at industry events and track GTM performance KPIs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or top-tier consulting.
• Degree from a top university with a rigorous approach to complex problem solving.
• Comfortable navigating complex, technical enterprise sales targets.
• Native-level German and fluent English (C1+).
• Must be based in Germany (specifically Munich, Berlin, or Bavaria).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end without a playbook.
