What you will do
- Own and scale the German market, targeting €1M+ new ARR through end-to-end enterprise customer acquisition.
- Execute a "hunter-builder" sales motion, closing complex software deals (€50k-500k ACV) with C-level stakeholders (CFOs, Investment Committees).
- Establish as a category leader in Real Estate Decision Intelligence by leveraging industry networks and associations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to shape the GTM strategy and product roadmap based on customer insights.
- Lay the operational foundation for German growth, evolving from a senior individual contributor to a team leader as the market scales.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 3-5+ years in institutional real estate (asset/fund management or top-tier advisory).
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales and autonomous pipeline generation.
- Deep understanding of institutional real estate decision processes, fund management, and CapEx planning.
- Fluent in German and English (business and written).
- Valid EU or German work permit.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.

- Track record of managing cross-border relationships across Europe.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS/RICS, CAIA, or CFA.
