What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex SaaS subscriptions, services, and licensing agreements with major customers.
• Advise management and sales teams on commercial law and business-oriented legal strategies.
• Manage corporate secretarial matters and coordinate disputes and litigation.
• Collaborate with HR on employment law policies, processes, and projects.
• Ensure compliance with evolving EU legislation and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Liaise with and manage external legal counsel.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer in the UK.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, including time serving as in-house counsel.
• Experience implementing EU regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of supporting multiple legal jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
